These terms govern your use of resumeink.app ("ResumeInk", "the service", "we", "us"). By using the service you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the service.
ResumeInk converts a resume you upload (PDF, Word document, or image) into a professionally designed, editable resume. Uploading, AI parsing, editing, and previewing are free; downloading the final PDF requires a one-time payment per resume. A purchased resume can be edited further and re-downloaded without paying again.
Downloading requires signing in with your mobile phone number, verified by a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for keeping control of that number and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or unlawful use.
You retain full ownership of everything you upload and create with ResumeInk. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit to our service providers (such as our AI parsing and storage providers), and format your content — solely to provide the service to you. We claim no rights to use your resume for anything else.
You confirm that the content you upload is yours to use and does not violate any law or third-party right.
The first draft of your resume is produced by AI extraction, which can misread, reorder, or omit details. You are responsible for reviewing the final document before using it. The editor and live preview exist precisely so you can verify every word. ResumeInk does not guarantee interviews, jobs, or any particular outcome from using a generated resume.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.

The ResumeInk software, resume templates, themes, layouts, branding, and website are our intellectual property. Your licence to the design is embodied in the PDFs you download — you may use those freely for your personal job search; you may not extract or republish the templates as products of your own.
We aim to keep the service available and your saved resumes accessible, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and features may change or be discontinued. We recommend keeping copies of downloaded PDFs. We may modify pricing for future purchases at any time; already-purchased downloads remain unlocked.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeInk's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost profits, or the consequences of errors in a resume that you approved and downloaded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify ResumeInk against claims arising from content you upload in breach of section 6 or from your unlawful use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; where reasonably possible we will let you retrieve purchased PDFs first.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
